Casa di Caccia Residence is composed of one room and two rooms flats; thanks to its good position it offers you a pleasant and relaxing stay. In fact, it is located in a secular pinewood only 50 metres far from the see and, during the sunshine days, you can see the wonderful view of the Tuscan Archipelago from the sand beach. Ideal for low season stays too, as starting point for wonderful excursions to the Tuscany cities of art and to the medieval villages on the nearby hills. After recent restructure jobs, we can offer comfortable flats provided with private telephone, parking, private not equipped beach, valuables keeping service, wide tree-lined park, heating. Near here are some little shopping centres, pizza-shops, restaurants, banks and play-parks. Our flats: - one room flats: ideal for a stay of 2/3 persons, they are composed of living/ sleeping room with upsetting double-bed, sofa-bed and arm-chair. The kitchen is equipped with pottery, pots, refrigerator and electric hot plate. Bathroom with shower and wc. - two rooms flats: suitable for groups till 5 persons, with 2/3 bed places, they are composed of a large living-room. The kitchen is fully equipped as in the one room flats. The bathroom is equipped with shower and wc. Separate room with double bed and bunk beds. All our flats are endowed with terrace-balcony; some of these, especially two rooms flats, have a terrace-garden with tables and chairs. A common terrace with tables, chairs and sunbathing decks is at custom disposal. On demand, we may supply our clients with bed-linen and kitchen-linen; weekly change of it. Our clients have to clean their flats during the stay and our staff will make the finally cleaning of the flats at your departure. Compulsory charge is required for this. Light, water, gas taxes included. At least: 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time: starting from 3.00 p.m.; departure time: by 10.00 a.m. At the booking, you are required to pay for an earnest that will be deducted from final expense. If someone gives notice to leave: if it happens before the 45° day starting from the presumed arrival, we repay a 70% on expenses; if it happens after the 45° day from the presumed arrival, we deduct the payment in full. Of course, we’ll give back the whole payment if we succeed in leasing the room for the whole period. By the booking, our clients sign the following rules (necessary for pleasant holidays): - blank silence from 1 p.m. to half past 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.. During these periods, automobiles must be parked out; - avoid talking aloud on balconies; - the towels must be hanged out in the terrace and not in the balcony; - using radios, televisions and musical instruments is not allowed; - children under 3 years of age are not allowed; - during the stay, our clients are not allowed to receive daily visits from persons who don’t live in the residence;- our clients must take care of the flat and the things contained in it. Little break-downs, caused by regular uses of the structures, must be reported to the management: they will be repaired; - if someone should break pottery, furniture, glasses or mirrors, our management will evaluate the damage and invoice the repair;
