The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and private parking. The farmhouse, completely renovated, covers 6 hectares of land, including a pine forest and an artificial freshwater lake, habitat for the birds of the lagoon, all located within the WWF park. At guests' disposal, inside the farmhouse, there is a laundromat, outdoor sinks and a barbecue. Included services include changing bed linen once a week and changing towels twice a week. Nearby are a bar and restaurant a few meters from the hotel, a riding school 300 meters and the Argentario golf course a few kilometers.
